Somehow through these few words I feel eons of pain (physical and emotional) and frustration….. What can I say other than {{{{{hugs}}}} and prayers.

Thank you so much. You are a great support. 🙂
In my most cynical moments I call it the ‘gift that keeps on giving’…..
That it is…
I call it the scourge that keeps on scourging…
Oh, good one!
Cancer is not a gift. In fact, I wouldn’t give it to my worst enemy.
Hear, hear!
Only fools call it a gift.
I try to be gentle and call them “misguided”. I don’t always succeed.
I’m with Mae… you be gentle for the rest of us, darlin’ Knot…
As long as all of you are ferocious for me!
If only it had truly been an empty box… ~D
If only…
Love this! I will never ever be calling cancer a gift. Not gonna happen.
Thanks, Nancy. Me neither!
I must admit I’m a bit lost – who said it was a gift? What a very strange thing to say!
People say very bizarre things to people with cancer, and this is one of them. “Cancer is really a gift. It teaches you to focus on what’s really important/brings you closer to your famly/other silly platitudes.”
Really? The mind boggles. If I had cancer and someone said that to me it would bring them closer to my fist ;).
You animal! 😉
